Terms and Conditions – “Make an Offer” Feature

Service Description

The "Make an Offer" feature allows the customer to propose a price for the purchase of a product available on the Segreto Lab website. Submitting an offer represents solely an expression of interest and does not constitute a sales contract or a binding commitment for either party.

Non-Binding Nature of the Offer

The offer submitted by the customer is non-binding and does not guarantee the purchase of the product. Likewise, Segreto Lab is not obligated to accept the offer received and reserves the right to:

• accept the offer as proposed;
• refuse the offer;
• formulate a counterproposal at your discretion.

Only after Segreto Lab has explicitly accepted the offer and the customer has completed the payment will the order be considered confirmed.

Offer Validity

Offers submitted via the dedicated form have a limited temporary validity and may be considered void at any time, particularly in the following cases:

• product out of stock;
• price variations;
• offer entry errors;
• failure to respond within a reasonable period of time.

Product Availability

Sending an offer does not reserve the product . The product remains available for purchase by other customers until the order is actually completed. Segreto Lab cannot guarantee product availability between the time the offer is sent and its acceptance.

Final Price and Payment

If the offer is accepted, the customer will receive instructions for payment at the agreed price. The final price may include:

• VAT, if applicable;
• any shipping costs;
• other costs clearly indicated before payment.

Failure to pay within the indicated terms will result in the automatic cancellation of the accepted offer, without any obligation on the part of Segreto Lab.

Returns and Right of Withdrawal

Orders completed following the acceptance of an offer are subject to Segreto Lab's Return Policy , which can be found in the relevant section of the website. Acceptance of an offer does not modify or limit the rights provided by current legislation regarding the right of withdrawal for consumers.

Limitations and Abuses

Segreto Lab reserves the right to suspend or limit access to the “Make an Offer” feature in the event of:

• sending manifestly unreasonable offers;
• abusive or repetitive behaviors;
• improper use of the functionality.
