Return Policy

General Return Conditions

We accept returns within 14 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Segreto Lab reserves the right to apply penalties of up to 100% of the value of the product for non-compliant returned items, i.e. with clearly damaged product including packaging, signs of use or missing accessories.

Return Procedure

1. Return Request : To initiate a return, send a request via email to our team at info@segretolab.com or via WhatsApp us at +39 340 0778521 , including your order number and the reason for the return.

2. Return Approval : Once your return request has been received and approved, we will send you an email with detailed instructions to proceed with the return shipment. It is important to follow the instructions provided carefully, as Segreto Lab reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with the instructions specified in the return procedure.

Shipping Costs for Returns

Return shipping costs are entirely the responsibility of the customer. When processing the refund, both the original and return shipping costs will be deducted from the total refunded amount. This way, the final refunded amount will only reflect the value of the returned products, net of the shipping costs incurred.

Reimbursement

Once we receive your return and complete the inspection of the item, we will send you an email to let you know the outcome of the verification. If the return is approved, the refund will be processed within 24/48 hours of receipt and acceptance by Segreto Lab.

The refunded amount will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase. For credit card payments, the refund will be available within approximately 7/10 working days, based on the timing of the banking circuit. Refunds made via PayPal or Klarna will follow the timing established by the respective service providers.
